Satishkumar Venkatasamy started Thiligence Labs Private Limited to address a shift he had watched approach for years: the enterprise identity boundary is expanding beyond employees and applications to APIs, workloads, devices, AI agents and autonomous systems.
These entities act continuously, make decisions and interact with sensitive systems. They require trusted identity, controlled authority and accountable execution. Thiligence is building that trust foundation, bringing identity, intelligence, governance and secure execution together so enterprises can adopt autonomous systems without losing visibility, control or trust.
Satish is a hands-on technical leader and founder with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling cloud and enterprise software. His work has spanned Artificial Intelligence services, Identity & Access Management, Security, Mobile Security and Directory systems - taking products from a blank whiteboard to large-scale customer adoption.
What sets him apart is a rare combination of depth and breadth. He understands AI agents at a technical level, has decades of identity and security expertise, and has led products operating at scale across global data centers.
